An industrial property located at 1401 Murphy Drive in Maumelle sold for $8,729,294 on Oct. 20.

Nathan Monan of Colliers | Arkansas represented the seller, Maumelle Warehouse, LLC.

The buyer, Gray Halligan 1 LLC, self-represented in the transaction.

The sellers originally acquired the 160,000-square-foot property in 2002.

Since then, the value has appreciated significantly, delivering an internal rate of return (IRR) exceeding 20%.

The transaction underscores the continued strength and stability of the central Arkansas industrial submarket, driven by long-term tenant performance, limited supply, and sustained investor demand.
