About 200 people are expected to attend the annual Evening at the Farm fundraiser for Apple Seeds Teaching Farm[1] in Fayetteville. The nonprofit’s mission is to inspire healthy living through farm-based education.
The event starts at 6 p.m. Oct. 11 at the farm at 2648 N. Old Wire Road. Parking will be available at adjacent Gulley Park.
The fundraiser features an outdoor farm-to-table dinner using ingredients grown onsite, with appetizers, dishes by area chefs, live music and auction. Tickets start at $250.
The multicourse dinner will be prepared by Chef Matt Cooper of Conifer and RYN and Chef Jacob Burrell, also of Conifer. The event begins with cocktails and appetizers by Bloom Cheese Collective. Live folk music will be by Dana Louise and Noah Richmond of Meadow Makers. Spanish coffee by Arsaga’s will be served to end the evening.
